Job Description
- Maintain Existing Customers so they don't stop subscribing.
- Create new opportunities for existing customers to increase revenue through Datacomm solutions.
- Ensure all bills are correct every month.
- Ensure every bill is paid by customers on time.
- Build good relationships with Existing Customers.
- Act as the main contact for all Customer needs.
- Conduct mini surveys to customers to improve Datacomm service.
Requirement
- Minimum education of S1.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, especially in retaining customers.
- Having knowledge of IT, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security will be preferred.
- Having high self-confidence in approaching potential customers.
- Having good storytelling communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Able to speak good and correct Indonesian according to EYD.
- Able to speak English both verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with using CRM tools.
- Accustomed to working with a target-oriented work model.
